The Cranberry Curd Tart

Although some might see this as a pie for the next holiday coming up it pairs amazingly with a big turkey dinner.


The Crust is made from pecans, and the filling is a tart and sweet cranberry curd that is velvety smooth. Then to add some sparkle it is all topped with a few sugared cranberries (which are quickly becoming my favorite holiday snack).


It is light and refreshing after some gravy and mashed potatoes.
