Carrot Cake is in high demand this time of year. A celebration of spring in a cake. Mine includes dried cranberries, chunks of candied ginger, and of course sweet and delicious carrots. It truly sings on your taste buds. You can order a full sheet cake, like the garden cake below to feed a crowd of people or a more intimate option of a 6 inch or 8 inch round and more rustic cake with fresh strawberries and lavender blossoms on top.
