Sweet and dare we say Dairy Free or even Gluten Free!!!

It is very possible to have a delightful dairy free or even gluten free treat. This post is simple I will list the items that have become favorites and are made differently than a normal baked item. Because everyone should be able to enjoy a sweet treat, no matter their dietary requirements.


First up! Dairy Free items.

Salted Caramel Cupcakes, with Honeycomb Candy! I use Oat Milk or Coconut Milk and Plant Based butter in place of the traditional dairy items. They can be substituted into any of my cakes and cupcakes.

That's right, pie's can easily be made dairy free, just ask!

A Delicious Coconut Cake! Completely dairy free!

Second Up! Gluten Free!

I use a mixture of almond flour, oat flour, and brown rice flour in my gluten free items.


Banana Nut Muffins! The gluten free muffin you have been waiting for.

Hazelnut Crusted Cheese Cake! This crust has a salty sweet crunch that blends beautifully with the creamy filling of cheese cake.

Lemon and Lavender cookies! These taste delightful when made gluten free!
